Yummy yum yum!! Been here numerous times when it was just the tiny corner. So happy for them that they got the large restaurant just next door. The lines was very long maybe took 45 minutes. We always get quesabirria tacos and fresas con crema. Love that the tacos aren't drenched in consomé so when you do takeout it's not soggy. The spicy sauce on side it great! It's $4 per quesataco and $2.75 for the consome. The Consome is enough for 2-3 people.

This place was amazing. We ordered one of everything and highly recommend all the food. To drink, we ordered the banana Horchata and the piña with a concha.

Seriously, this is the cutest Latina-owned taco truck with a pink aesthetic alone makes you wanna stop, but trust me, the food? It's REALLY, REALLY good! I tried the birria tacos, and WOW. They're tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. And if you're looking for something to wash down all that deliciousness, grab one of their agua frescas. They're so refreshing and perfectly sweet. The vibe here is just too cute--it's giving all the pink and happy energy . And guess what? There's an even bigger location in progress right here in the same parking lot. I can't wait to see it!

The best birria in Sacramento, hands down. Starting off as a backyard pop up to their first location, a food truck and now working on their restaurant, I wish them nothing but success. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, and makes you feel included. The queabirria combo plate is my favorite, and the birria bowl my second. I always ask for extra green salsa because it has just the right flavors and adds the perfect kick to the tacos.

I discovered La Mini Birrieria on Instagram, and let me just say--it did not disappoint! This spot is absolutely worth stopping by. Don't trust what Siri or Google might tell you; they're open late, which makes it perfect for a late-night bite. We ordered the quesabirria tacos, and they were incredible. Juicy, flavorful, and packed with cheese--just how quesabirria should be. Everything is made fresh to order, so patience is key, but it's more than worth the wait. We thought the big quesabirria would be enough to share, but it left my godson wanting more--it's that good. Everyone in our group was thrilled with their meals. Next time, I'm definitely saving room for dessert because they looked amazing. If you're in Sacramento, don't miss this place!

Friendly customer service. Food was amazing! Agua Fresca had too much peeling in it for my liking but the taste was good. A little expensive but reasonably priced considering it is a food truck. I really like how they have a seating area for you to enjoy your food there. We received our order quickly which is a plus! This place is a must try!

This food was absolutely delicious. I love the thought that went into every detail of the business. It's centered around a pink theme, and it is visible throughout the packaging and the eatery. Even down to the paper that the food is on top of, their logo is included. On the plastic bag, their logo is included. I couldn't decide on what to get, so I got the tacos and the quesadilla. The tacos were delicious. There was a lot of flavor, the meat was moist, and everything tied well together. There was just enough cheese. The rice and beans were really good. I think this is a staple and something I would recommend and order again. The following day, I had the quesadillas. Those were even better than the tacos. The portion was just enough. The meat was moist, the flavors were present in every bite, and everything was flavorful. I am so glad I tried this place because it is absolutely delicious and I will 100% be coming back.
